Additionally 2 servings of Veggies.
Broccoli, Green Beans, Roasted Zucchini, or mixed is the usual Veggies. (Sometimes Lima Beans, Edamame, Brussel Sprouts or Asp)
Lightly Seasoned, No starch.
Great for weight loss and low carb diets. Approx 200-220 Calories per meal
